FAITHBYJULIA REFUND POLICY

At FaithByJulia, we take pride in creating and providing high-quality faith-based apparel. Due to the nature of our business and inventory process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase through our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

No Returns or Refunds

All products sold by FaithByJulia, including hoodies, crewnecks, shirts, and other apparel, are considered final sale items and are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customer
  • Dissatisfaction with fit, color variations, or personal preference
  • Refused or abandoned packages

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at faithbyjulia@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Failure to contact us within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of replacement consideration.

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement item only. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with FaithByJulia, the customer agrees to contact us first before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes for delivered products may be contested using:

  • Order confirmation records
  • Shipping and delivery confirmation
  • Tracking information
  • Customer communication history
  • Billing verification data

Customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

Order Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all billing, shipping, sizing, and contact information is entered correctly at checkout. FaithByJulia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
